GREEN PRINTING SOLUTIONS LTD - ​RETURNS POLICY


1. Overview
Green Printing Solutions Ltd aim to provide high-quality products. As a B2B supplier, we do not accept returns for change of mind unless agreed upon in writing. This policy also covers damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods. 


2. Return Window
Claims for returns must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at info@greenprintingsolutions.co.uk with your invoice number and reason for return. 


3. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unopened and in the same condition as received.
In their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
Accompanied by proof of purchase. 

4. Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: Green Printing Solutions Ltd will cover return shipping costs.
Customer Error/Change of Mind: If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or company account within 3 days. 


6. Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
